Possessing a fine eye for detail, Anna is a lawyer with many years’ experience in commercial and insurance litigation. Admitted to practice in 1997, she worked for a leading national law firm before launching her career in the legal technology industry. During her almost 10 years as an in-house manager/consultant, she has built invaluable experience with Commonwealth and State Government agencies. From electronic discovery and due diligence projects to managing the disclosure process in major criminal proceedings, Anna has the knowledge and skills our clients demand.
Anna oversees NuLegal’s document processing, discovery consulting and subjective review services.
Mark de Bruyn

Litigation technology is Mark de Bruyn’s specialty.
His 10 years of legal industry experience includes early case assessment, evidence search methodologies, implementing legal review systems and the design and management of electronic courtroom systems. Having worked for the Supreme Court of Victoria and various leading legal service providers, Mark also provides NuLegal clients with a rare insight of what is required to provide effective solutions on both sides of the bench.
Mark oversees the design and delivery of all NuLegal’s electronic services including search methodology development, data analytics, electronic discovery, eTrial design and project management.
Benjamin Kennedy

To complement his IT and legal qualifications, Benjamin has nine years' experience consulting with the government and private sector on a multitude of forensic and electronic discovery projects. His technical expertise enables him to assist, execute or respond strategically to court and arbitral tribunal orders and other coercive information gathering powers, develop collection and discovery plans, and undertake targeted analysis of electronically stored information. He works closely with clients to identify, collect and process data from a variety of sources, including computers, servers, databases and mobile devices.
Benjamin oversees NuLegal's forensic services and consults on dispute resolution support.

Nick’s work in the military and geospatial industries endows him with a broad technical background ideally suited to a career in the legal technology sector. His experience implementing large scale enterprise information systems is an invaluable resource to clients, as Nick understands that correctly implemented technology is key to enabling legal teams to do their jobs with greater efficiency, and therefore a greater chance of achieving their desired outcomes.
Nick is responsible for maintaining in-court technologies and hosted early case assessment and review platforms.

As genial as she is professional, Natalie is a lawyer with five years of legal industry experience in corporate and commercial law. She has spent the majority of her career at a top tier Australian law firm where her key practice areas were mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory work. She has experience in coordinating large due diligence processes and electronic data rooms, and has been involved in a large scale discovery matter. Efficiency and reliability characterise her legal technology work.
Natalie is responsible for managing document processing services and evaluating new technology and software.
